Meet ashley cox
Ashley is the Founder and Managing Director of Caledonia Life Sciences, a UK-based boutique Life Sciences consultancy. Ashley founded Caledonia Life Sciences in early 2024 to address the need for commercial decision-making to be made at the earlier stages of clinical development to ensure innovative medicines will address an unmet need upon launch.
Previously, Ashley was the Partner, Head of Europe, with EVERSANA MANAGEMENT CONSULTING, and has over two decades of experience in Life Sciences, with the last thirteen years spent in leadership positions with global strategic consultancies.
Ashley was Head of European Business Development with SmartAnalyst, Inc, with a focus on developing disease, asset and portfolio strategies up to Phase IIb of clinical development
As Vice President with PharmaVentures, Ashley initiated and led multiple transactions, mainly representing sell-side Biotech clients in their search for a Pharma partner.
Ashley started her career as a Medical Representative, is ABPI qualified and holds an MSc. in Pharmaceutical Analysis from the University of Strathclyde with a BSc. (Hons) in Neuroscience from the University of Glasgow.
Ashley is a dedicated advocate for women across the healthcare industry, and has held senior volunteer roles at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, including as Regional Chair of Northern Europe and President of the London Chapter.
